At Frida’s Backyard, each piece is carefully curated and one-of-a-kind. Every artwork is selected, packed, and shipped with great attention and care.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.

Conditions for Return

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Items that are damaged or show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using insured shipping when returning artwork.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Custom-made, personalized, or specially commissioned pieces are non-refundable.
